Colleen Lee is a corporate social impact professional with over 15 years of experience in cultivating corporate partnerships, leading corporate volunteer engagements, and conceptualizing and executing fundraising events. She has devoted her career to advancing a wide range of children’s causes including education, career readiness, leadership development, and healthcare.
Most recently, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Ronald McDonald House New York where she led new business development efforts aligned with the organization’s ambitious strategic plan. Prior to that role, Colleen was the Director of Corporate Relations at Make-A-Wish Metro New York where she built the organization’s first corporate partnerships role, leading the cultivation and stewardship of local corporate partnerships while also directing new business development for national partnerships based in New York City . Under Colleen’s leadership, the organization led the enterprise in building sustainable corporate partnerships that have transformed the organization since their inception. Colleen’s vision for corporate philanthropy was recognized with the 2019 Make-A-Wish America National Corporate Engagement Award and 2022 Make-A-Wish America Partnership Innovation Award.
Colleen’s additional experience includes serving as the first development officer for The Resolution Project in New York, New York, as well as launching her career in corporate philanthropy at Junior Achievement of Georgia. Colleen began her tenure leading the founding partnerships that launched the Junior Achievement Chick-fil-A Foundation Discovery Center in Atlanta, Georgia, eventually serving as a senior lead for all corporate partnerships. Colleen is passionate about the role corporations can have in the philanthropic world and finds joy in building the bridge to make this impact a reality.
