
Erika brings more than 17 years of experience in social impact, specializing in corporate partnership strategy. For the past four years, she has served as a Consultant at For Momentum, where she supports a diverse range of nonprofit clients by crafting compelling value propositions, strategic outreach tools, and tailored recommendations that drive high-impact partnerships.
With firsthand experience leading in-house corporate partnership teams, Erika understands the real-world challenges fundraisers face. She delivers practical, customized solutions aligned with each organization’s unique needs and goals.
At For Momentum, Erika has led partnership strategy, business development, and stakeholder engagement for clients such as Habitat for Humanity International, Share Our Strength, The Children’s Hospital of Richmond, The Arthritis Foundation, 4-H National Council, and The Obama Foundation.
Her prior leadership roles at Reading Is Fundamental, American Red Cross, and SOS Children’s Villages USA where she led multimillion-dollar partnerships, national cause marketing campaigns, and large-scale employee engagement programs with brands like Target, Nationwide, Boise Paper, and JPMorgan Chase.
With a background that spans both nonprofit leadership and agency work, including early roles at Edelman and Teach For America—Erika offers a pragmatic, cross-sector approach to social impact. She is passionate about helping nonprofits and companies create lasting, meaningful change together.
