Ginny Roche-Kelly is a mission-driven strategist with over 20 years of experience leading corporate social responsibility (CSR), cause marketing, philanthropy, and nonprofit engagement initiatives that deliver measurable impact. She brings deep expertise in program development, strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven campaigns.
A proven leader in forging high-impact corporate–nonprofit alliances, Ginny has secured multimillion-dollar investments, led global campaigns, and mobilized cross-sector coalitions to advance equity, education, health, climate resilience, and youth development. Her collaborative style and strategic insight help executive teams define long-term goals and build partnerships that align business objectives with meaningful social outcomes.
Before joining For Momentum, Ginny spent a decade as National Manager at JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), where she led a global partnership with Ford Motor Company. Her efforts engaged dealers, vendors, and affiliates through tailored strategies, culminating in an international campaign that raised more than $27 million across 10 countries. She also managed high-profile campaigns with business affiliates such as BP and Motorola, as well as a branded charity screening of the Pixar’s Cars movie. Her consumer and employee engagement efforts included standout programs like Design Your Own Racecar (with Ford Racing) and Drive One for JDRF, which galvanized grassroots participation at the dealer level.
At For Momentum, Ginny supports clients across industries with business development strategy, case-for-support development, creative campaign planning, material development, marketplace intelligence, and go-to-market activations.
