As the Manager of Pipeline Development & Database Operations, Kasey uses her experiences with database management, data analytics, and program development to strengthen and create the agency’s outreach and operational processes. She has nearly 10 years of experience in program and project management roles developing and implementing new internal business operations. Additionally, each role has had oversight of databases such as a Learning Management System (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology for nonprofit organizations and government agencies. Most recently Kasey oversaw programmatic outcomes, database operations, marketing, program recruitment, and partnership strategy for a local nonprofit in the Denver metro area. Kasey holds a Master’s of Nonprofit Management degree from Regis University and has varied experience in the third sector including economic development, workforce development, higher education, special education, and early childhood workforce.
