Mollye Rhea

President and Founder

When Mollye Rhea founded For Momentum in 2003, she was among the first to recognize the untapped potential of cause marketing. At the time, few agencies specialized in building partnerships between nonprofits and corporations. Since then, as corporate social responsibility (CSR) and purpose-driven marketing have gained momentum, For Momentum has evolved into one of the nation’s premier cause marketing firms. Every day, Mollye brings her vision to life by fostering strategic partnerships that strengthen communities and advance meaningful change.

Mollye’s career has spanned agency, corporate and nonprofit arenas. Her early career experiences included advertising agency roles with Young & Rubican NY and McCann Erickson Atlanta. In the corporate marketing arena, Mollye held a variety of leadership roles for InterContinental Hotels Group. In her oversight of marketing strategy for the Holiday Inn brand, she led marketing efforts to drive business for 1500+ Holiday Inn hotels in North America.

In the nonprofit sector, Mollye spent eight years at the Arthritis Foundation, where she led national partnership initiatives and implemented high-impact cause marketing campaigns with more than 40 corporate partners.

This broad-based career experience, coupled with For Momentum’s 20+ years of service, has given Mollye a unique 360-degree perspective of what fosters success in social impact partnerships —rooted in strategic alignment, mutual value, and long-term impact. Under Mollye’s leadership, For Momentum has served over 100 leading nonprofit and corporate clients, facilitated thousands of partnership engagements, and helped raise millions of dollars for diverse missions.

Clients have included the American Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, CARE, The Coca-Cola Company, Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, IHG, Kroger, March of Dimes, Make-A-Wish, National 4-H Council, No Kid Hungry, Novartis, Team Rubicon, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wounded Warrior Project, and many more.
