For Momentum Office Manager Position Description (Part-time)
As a result of continuing growth and market success, For Momentum is looking for an experienced Part-time Office Manager to support efforts for the agency. The position will support company operations by maintaining office needs and systems; Team meeting and event management; and providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Agency President. This position requires a blend of administrative, project management and Office Management skills, as well as, a high-degree of communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Background working in a creative/marketing agency environment is a plus.
A nationally recognized leader in Strategic Cause Alliances, For Momentum is a virtual organization with a headquarters office in the perimeter area of Atlanta, GA. This position requires that the selected part-time candidate (20 hours per week) be based in Atlanta and work from the office on a daily basis.
Primary Duties
Manage Office Needs
• Office supply management (monthly)
• Office maintenance and related vendors
• Manage FM association memberships and subscriptions
• Accept deliveries at office
• Manage office mail
• Bank deposits
Team Meeting and Event Management
Manage FM Team meeting agendas and logistics including:
• Agenda prep and printing
• Meeting prep, set up and clean up, as needed
• Purchase snacks and handle meal logistics
• Purchase and distribute Team incentives
• Contract Negotiation/Planning for FM annual retreat and FM Holiday Party
Administrative Support for Agency President
Administrative support, as needed, for Agency President such as:
• Travel arrangements (flights/hotel/shuttle reservation, etc.)
• Scheduling/calendar management
• Client Interaction and/or drafting Client communications
• Logistics for upcoming travel/meetings (AV support, meals, bios, etc.)
• Handle incoming inquiries
• Transcribe notes/create call reports
• Internet research
• Proposal support (Word and PPT)
• Triage/Manage President’s email
• Citrix search and filing
• Order flowers or gifts, as needed
• Ad hoc requests
Administrative Support for Senior Leadership Team
Administrative support to include but not limited to:
• Travel arrangements (flights/hotel/shuttle reservation, etc.)
• Logistics for upcoming travel/meetings (AV support, meals, bios, etc.)
Required Experience
10+ years’ Administrative and Operations or Project Management experience working in a corporate environment required. Experience in some or all of the following areas a plus: Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or Development; Creative Agency experience a Plus; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.

• Collaboration/Conferencing Platforms (Zoom.us, etc.)
• Phone systems such as 3CX
Knowledge and Experience with the Following Tools Required:
• Cloud back up platforms (i.e., Carbonite)
• CRM experience, including list management utilizing tools comparable to Saleforce.com, a plus
• Online survey tools such as Survey Monkey
