ABOUT THE METHODOLOGY:
CR Magazine created the biennial ranking from confidential customer-reported satisfaction ratings and editorially-driven market intelligence. They surveyed more than 10 firms, but only eight made the final list.
Three dimensions of Service were measured – Breadth, Reach, and most importantly, Quality. A series of questions about performance, relationship and trust between provider and customer were examined. Scores are then weighted to determine an ‘Overall Score’ for each provider considered.
