As a result of continuing growth and market success, For Momentum is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to support efforts for the agency. The position, which reports to the Sales & Marketing Director, will manage all of the agency’s social media channels, handle website updates and management, support new business development and creation of all marketing content. This individual will serve as the agency’s social media expert and will be responsible for implementing many of For Momentum’s online and content marketing strategies. Candidates must have an understanding of the B2B or agency environment as well as social/digital marketing experience using current marketing technologies and platforms. Background working in the Cause marketing/Cause Alliance/Social Impact field on behalf of an agency, company or national nonprofit preferred. Key areas of responsibility will include social engagement, sales and marketing materials development, new business support, event preparation, database management, as well as, a high-degree of communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Duties
Communication
- Collaborates in the conception, creation, promotion and measurement of sales and marketing communication strategies, campaigns, dashboards and content, working with various internal teams and external third-party resources.
- Supports development of marketing communication content assets including but not limited to key messages/talking points, blogs, trends reports, digital marketing (website, emails, social media), image sourcing, ads, press releases, and direct mail.
- Leads the distribution and tracking of the agency’s monthly newsletter.
- Measures and tracks marketing communication results and provides meaningful metrics.
Social Media Management
- Manages and monitors the agency’s social media accounts.
- Helps Sales & Marketing Director develop content and maintain the agency’s active blog.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting key social metrics as assigned.
Sales and Marketing Materials
- Supports development of sales and marketing materials including but not limited to key messages/talking points, collateral, templates, agency capabilities presentations, case studies and videos.
- Maintains online content and cause marketing tools (ex: toolkits, fact sheets, etc.) Develops and roll out of new assets for internal and external audiences as assigned.
New Business Support
- Works closely with Sales & Marketing Director and Senior Leadership to ensure new business opportunities are properly addressed including but not limited to:
- Appointment setting
- Prospect research
- Meeting logistics
- Meeting notes
- File management
- Coordinating legal approvals
- Works with Sales & Marketing Director in development of new business presentations, proposals and RFP responses
- Maintains agency sales tracking documents, coordinates bi-monthly sales team meetings/calls. Works closely with finance/operations as needed.
Database Management
- Responsible for database management and list management. Handles leadership requests for data analysis, list segmentation and responds to ongoing CRM needs related to new business, sales and marketing plans.
Events
- Assists with speaker’s bureau program and helps submit proposals on behalf of agency leadership. Assists with presentation development for secured opportunities.
- Supports planning and execution of all marketing events including but not limited to tradeshows, webinars, partner events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
Agency Positioning
- Works with Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute on annual sales and marketing plans for the agency.
- Supports Sales & Marketing Director in staying current on industry trends, competitors and overall marketing communications best practices.
- Supports implementation of primary annual survey

Required Education, Training, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business, and 3+ years in professional business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience. Background working in the Cause marketing/Cause Alliance/Social Impact field on behalf of an agency, company or national nonprofit is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated results in increasing qualified traffic and conversions using tools such as marketing automation, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, webinars, and public relations.
- Agency experience preferred.

- Strong understanding of and ability to apply marketing and communication concepts, including emerging and social media, branding and message development. Deep knowledge of internal and external communication essentials, including communication strategy and planning, audience analysis, message development, vehicles and media.
- Exceptionally strong writing, editing and proofreading capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent visual design sensibilities to ensure a polished, engaging look and feel for content assets. Ideal candidate would have design experience.
- Creative thinker, comfortable working calmly and collaboratively across local and virtual teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Proven ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented and deadline-driven team player with strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, plus a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure multiple concurrent complex projects are properly prioritized and completed in expected timelines.
- High level of self-motivation and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
- Proven skills and initiative to stay current with the latest trends and an understanding of business marketplace.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage vendors and marketing partners.
- Ability to work closely and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
Strong Knowledge and Experience with the Following Tools Required:
- Office Productivity (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat)
- Analytical Reporting (Google Analytics, HootSuite Analytics, MailChimp)
- Social media/blogging platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, WordPress, HootSuite) and a working knowledge of HTML.
- CRM Experience, including list management utilizing tools comparable to Saleforce.com
- Collaboration/Conferencing Platform (join.me, logmein.com, webex, etc.)
