Many of our favorite conferences went virtual during the first half of the year. Although we missed seeing our colleagues in person, we enjoyed presenting, learning and interacting in new ways ̶ and we’re not finished yet. Check out the latest updates on conferences we’ll be attending in the back half of the year. Which ones are on your list, too?

Bridge Conference, July 14-16, Now Virtual
This conference is the premier gathering for fundraising and marketing professionals. It provides insights on the latest strategies, techniques and innovations in direct response and major donor fundraising. The decision to go virtual this year was made after months of deliberation. Numerous safety and economic factors were considered, including participants’ personal tolerance for travel. The virtual experience will be delivered through a robust platform with the guidance of a seasoned virtual experience expert to ensure the keynotes, panels, workshops and networking are dynamic and engaging.

Learning lab breakout sessions will offer opportunities to explore a specific topic with a small group of peers, sharing best practices and problem solving. The ACCP is closely monitoring both CDC and Houston guidelines around COVID-19 safety, as well as working with the venue to ensure enhanced cleaning and safety protocols. A virtual version of the conference will also take place in December.

2021 Conference Cancellation
America’s Charities Collective Impact Conference
The Charities Collective Impact Conference has been cancelled this year out of an abundance of caution for personal safety and an assessment that the same quality experience could not be delivered virtually. The organization will continue to host webinars on workplace giving and employee engagement and encourages those interested to sign up for their newsletter for event information and updates.
